What we collect

When you call, email or send a quote request, we collect the information you give us: your name, phone number, email address, the job address, and details about the building and the work you want done. If you send photos, we keep those with the job file.

We do not ask for social security numbers, and we do not take payment information through this website.

How we use it

To contact you about your estimate and schedule a site visit.

To prepare a written quote and, if you hire us, to do the work and invoice it.

To keep a record of the job, including photos, so we can answer questions later.

To follow up once after an estimate if we have not heard back.

We do not sell your information. We do not rent it, trade it, or hand it to lead generation companies. We do not send marketing email unless you have asked us to.

Who else sees it

Only the people who need it to get your job done. That means our own crew and estimator. In some cases it also means a supplier or subcontractor directly involved in your project, for example a roofer coordinating on a coating job, and only the part of the information they need. We also use ordinary business tools such as email and accounting software, which means your information sits on those providers' systems under their terms.

We will release information if the law requires it, such as a subpoena or a valid request from a government agency.

If we add analytics or a working form later, this page will be updated to say what is collected and by whom before that happens.

How long we keep it

Job records, including quotes, invoices and photos, are kept for as long as we may need them for warranty, tax and insurance purposes, generally seven years. Quote requests that never became a job are kept for about two years and then discarded.

Your choices

You can ask us what we have on file for you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Call or email and we will handle it. If you ask us to delete records tied to a completed job, we may need to keep the parts required for tax or warranty reasons, and we will tell you which parts those are.

You can also tell us to stop contacting you at any time and we will.

Text messages and calls

If you give us a mobile number, we may text you about scheduling, arrival times and photos of your job. Reply STOP at any time and we will switch to email or phone. We do not send promotional texts.

Children

Our services are sold to adults and property owners. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
