Started with one rig and a lot of hot attics
Nexus Foam Insulation started in northwest Houston doing attic work for neighbors and small shops. The first few years were almost all residential: pull the old fiberglass out, foam the deck, watch the upstairs bedroom become usable in August. Word moved through the trades, and metal buildings and container work followed.
Today we split our weeks between homes and commercial buildings. The residential side is attics, walls, removals and remodels. The commercial side is warehouses, shops, cold storage, container fleets and roof coatings. Same crew, same standard of prep, just a bigger lift.
What has not changed is how the company runs. We answer our own phone. We quote in writing before anyone touches the building. We spray in lifts because that is how foam is supposed to be applied, even when a thicker single pass would get us home earlier. And we clean the site like the building belongs to us.
Four things we do not cut corners on
Prep before spray
Plastic, tape and masking take longer than most customers expect. Overspray on a truck, a window or a machine is not something you fix afterward, so we spend the time up front.
Thickness we can prove
We depth check as we go and we spray the number on the quote. If the framing will not take the full depth in one area, we tell you at the time instead of letting you find out later.
The right foam for the assembly
Closed cell costs more, so it would be easy to sell it everywhere. We do not. Where open cell is the better buy for your building, that is what we quote.
Cleanup and a walkthrough
Bags out, floors swept, photos taken, and a walk through the work with you before the rig leaves the property.

Homeowners
The upstairs is hot, the bill is high, the attic is 140 degrees. We handle the removal, the sealing and the foam, and we talk in plain terms about what the result will be.
Builders and remodelers
We hit the window between rough in and drywall, we hold the date, and we leave the site clean for the next trade. Plan sets welcome.
