Spray foam insulation services in Houston
Seven things we do, all of them with the same two rigs and the same crew. Pick the one that matches your building and you will find the thickness, the R value and the prep work spelled out.

Closed Cell Spray Foam
Rigid 2 lb foam, roughly R-6.5 per inch, with a vapor retarder built in. This is what we use on metal buildings, containers, crawl spaces, band joists and any wall that has seen water before. It adds stiffness to thin steel and it does not give humidity a path through the assembly.

Open Cell Spray Foam
Half pound foam that expands to about a hundred times its liquid volume, so it reaches into every corner of a rafter bay. Around R-3.7 per inch, cheaper per board foot than closed cell, and much better at absorbing sound. Our usual answer for attics and interior walls in a house that does not need a vapor retarder.

Attic Insulation
The single biggest change you can make to a Houston house. We foam the underside of the roof deck, seal the gable ends and the top plates, and bring the attic in from the heat. Ducts and air handlers up there stop working against a 140 degree oven.

Wall Insulation
Open stud walls on new construction, additions, garage conversions and gut remodels. We spray the cavity full, shave it flush with the studs so drywall sits flat, and seal around every outlet box, wire and plumbing penetration on the way.

Insulation Removal
Old blown in fiberglass, packed down cellulose, rodent contaminated batts and anything a roof leak got to. We vacuum it into sealed bags, haul it off, and leave a clean deck for foam. Removal is quoted separately so you can see exactly what it costs.

Commercial & Industrial
Warehouses, shops, hangars, cold storage, container offices and equipment barns. We work around your schedule, including nights and Saturdays, and we can phase a building bay by bay so nothing shuts down.

Roofing & Coatings
Roof foam over a sound flat or low slope deck, then a silicone or acrylic topcoat that reflects sun and takes the UV hit. It seals the seams and fasteners that are usually where the leak started, without a tear off.
